The Real Estate Developers Association of Nigeria (REDAN) South West Zone is having a
Stakeholders Forum to discuss the issue of Estate hijack by the buyers & residents from Developers. This has been a major issue with most Developers over time and we have assembled an array of experienced Developers, Lawyers and Facility Manager to help do justice to the discussion.
The purpose of this event is to proffer possible and practical ways of curbing as well as tackling the issue of Estate Hijack by subscribers or residents of the estate from the developer. Also, a compendium of the section will be produced after for members who will want to buy such as reference on how to structure their projects such that hijacks will be avoided.
